What is the best time to trade EUR/USD?

I've been trading EUR/USD for about 6 months now and I keep getting confused about timing. I've read that the London-New York overlap (1 PM to 5 PM UTC) is the best window, but my results during that period are mixed. Has anyone found a consistently profitable time window for EUR/USD? I'm on a 15-minute chart and using RSI + MACD. Would love to hear different perspectives from experienced traders here.
